Warranty period

• For attached implements
  Warranty period for attached implements (cisterns, pumping and other special equipment) is 12 months.

• For “KamAZ” chassis
  Warranty period for “KAMAZ” chassis with Euro-4 engine is 24 months or 100000 operational kilometers (manufacturer's warranty OJSC “KamAZ”).
• For “Ural” chassis
  Warranty period for “Ural” chassis with Euro-4 engine is 24 months or 100000 operational kilometers (manufacturer's warranty OJSC “Ural AZ”).

Warranty repair and service

Warranty repair is performed by our specialists only. If necessary, we will provide specialist on-site visit.

Time frame depends on repair complexity and can be up to 30 calendar days.
