Vacuum semitrailer tanker PPCV-32 is designed for spilled oil gathering, gas-condensate, oil products, non-aggressive process liquids gathering, and their transportation for recycling. The tanker is equipped with mechanically opening bottom. Oil products gathering is provided with a vacuum pump.
The unit has a framework construction: tanker is placed into the cradle of a semitrailer frame, and the frame is mounted on a bogie. The tanker is fixed on the cradle structure with clamping belts, which additionally prevents overmuch pressure on the tanker in a case of framework twisting.
This type of construction is very reliable because the framework carries the most of dynamic loads while moving. The framework construction is made of steel and has a high margin of safety. Welded boosters give extra rigidity to the structure.
