Mobile steam generating unit PPUA 1600/100M is designed for dewaxing of wells, underground and surface equipment with saturated high-pressure steam up to 100 kg/cm (operating mode II); for heating, cleaning and other operations with low-pressure steam up to 6 kg/cm2 (operating mode I) in cold and temperate macroclimatic regions.
Steam generating units PPUA are equipped with a new shelter, produced with “thermo sandwich” technology.
Shelter upholstery covering is made of galvanized siding, which does not oxidize, not subjected to chemical attack and proved by Russian State Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Oversight (Gossanepidnadzor). Sandwich panel shelter is one of the strongest constructions of that type due to enhanced framework, additional internal parts, and enhanced platform with 50 mm of heat insulation and monolithic panels.
All fasteners and door locking mechanisms are made of galvanized steel and have possibility of locks and seals installing. The doors have additional two-sided rubber seals, which significantly increases tightness of the trailer. The door seal is a specialized molded rubber strip Pommier, which provides complete hermeticity of the shelter. Holders are provided to keep the doors open.
