Internal execution

The construction of the subframe The subframe is made of a 120×80×5 mm rectangular cross-section profile in the form of a solid welded structure.
Design features
- Lodgments are embedded in the subframe, made in the form of a one-piece structure with a minimum number of welds,
- Reinforced attachment of lodgments to the subframe with an increased contact area to give additional rigidity and strength to the entire structure;
- Rubber gaskets between the tank and the lodgements;
- Lining armor plate on the shell of the tank in the place where it is adjacent to the lodgments to protect the shell from abrasion.
The process vacuum neck is equipped with
- Stairs with anti-slip steps and a service platform on both sides of the neck made of galvanized sheet.
- The stairs and platform are removable and can be replaced, repaired, or painted separately from the container.

The separator (cyclone)
The body of the dehumidifier is removable, made of steel 09G2S, 4 mm thick, has a stamped cover and bottom. It can withstand vacuum up to -0.9 kg/cm2. Equipped:
- Manovacuummeter for monitoring the level of vacuum and pressure;
- A ball valve with a discharge pipe for draining water;
- Viewing window for visual control of the water level;
- Quick-release cover for cleaning (removing the cover is possible without the use of lifting mechanisms).

Stop valve
- 4-way tap for switching the "discharge / discharge pressure" modes, mounted on the pump;
- The first (drain) branch pipe Du-100, located in the lower part of the rear bottom of the tank, is equipped with a slide valve, made by "Metalotecnica", Italy.
- The second (intake) branch pipe Du-150, located in the lower part of the rear bottom of the tank, is equipped with a slide valve, made by "Metalotecnica", Italy.
- Ball valve DN100 on the upper outlet for draining silt water.
Vacuum line All connections of the vacuum line are made using hoses that can withstand a vacuum of at least 0.09 MPa. Two reinforced stainless steel clamps are installed at each connection point.
Drain tray Made of stainless steel with a thickness of at least 2 mm.

Hydraulic washing system for dense soil deposits

The vacuum silt-sucking machine is designed for collecting municipal waste from the ground surface, from pits and buried tanks, cleaning wells, storm and sewer networks, settling tanks from silt and transporting the collected mass to disposal sites.

MVS-14 can be manufactured in all climatic versions. It is possible to manufacture a tank with an opening bottom or without such a function.

Vehicles are designed for operation on the General network of roads of 1-3 categories (SNiP 11-D5).

Vacuum sludge pump MVS-14 — MAZ-631226 car with mounted special equipment placed on it.

Tank vacuum — tank round cross-section. The structure is welded consisting of two bottoms and a shell.

On top of the tank is a neck closed with a lid. The cover has a safety valve, a vacuum valve and a tube for removing air when it is discharged or pressurized. The safety valve is mounted in the neck cover and serves to limit the pressure in the tank. The vacuum valve consists of a cover, a body, and a valve designed to limit vacuuming.

At the rear, at the end of the tank, there is a receiving hatch, which is designed for filling and draining liquid. The hatch is hermetically closed with a lid on which the tap and the pressure head with a plug are fixed.

For convenient maintenance of the tank neck by the operator, there is a service platform made of perforated sheet with anti-slip effect and a lifting ladder.

The tanker is equipped with a pressure-suction sleeve, which is located in the transport position in the pencil case.

Rated voltage in the equipment network is 24 V, direct current from the car network.
